ATTORNEY

Andrew J. Felser has over two decades of experience with litigation and transactional matters in various jurisdictions. He brings to each case a broad perspective that comes from having represented clients from all walks of life and almost every field of law over the course of his career. As a litigator he has tried over one hundred cases to verdict, including numerous jury trials in state and federal courts. He obtained his bachelor's degree in International Economics from the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service and graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1981. He is licensed in Colorado and Maryland and maintains an inactive license in the District of Columbia. He is admitted to the bar of various federal courts including the United States Supreme Court. He is rated "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell. In addition to maintaining his full-time practice, he taught in the Lawyering Process Program at the University of Denver College of Law from 1998 to 2007, and he serves as an arbitrator for the Colorado and Denver Bar Association Legal Fee Arbitration Committees. When time permits (or is forcibly taken) he is a creative writer, performing song-writer and musician.
